Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Urban Tails! You can now shop not only online—we also invite you to visit our physical store at J. Balčikonio g. 3, Vilnius (next to Ozas Park).

Ordering online is quick and easy!

All products are in stock at the Urban Tails warehouse and are dispatched on the same or the next working day, so your order should arrive within 1–2 working days. If you place your order before 4:00 p.m. on a working day, we will almost always dispatch it that same day.

If you choose in-store collection, your order will be ready within one hour during opening hours.

Delivery options

LP Express parcel locker

We will deliver your order to your chosen LP Express parcel locker. During checkout, you can select the locker closest to you or any other LP Express parcel locker in Lithuania. The nearest lockers will be displayed after you enter your address.

Delivery is free for orders of €30 or more.
A delivery fee of €1.99 applies to orders under €30.

Courier delivery

A courier will deliver your parcel directly to your home or another specified address.

Delivery is free for orders of €60 or more.
A delivery fee of €3.49 applies to orders under €60.

Collection from our physical store

You can collect your order free of charge from our store at J. Balčikonio St. 3, Vilnius.

Our opening hours are Monday–Friday, 11:00–19:00, and Saturday, 11:00–16:00. The store is closed on Sundays—we spend them with our pets!

We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

Other important information

Please remember to provide the correct email address and telephone number. We will use them to keep you updated on the status of your order and provide delivery or collection details.

If your pet happens to walk across the keyboard and enter the wrong information, don’t worry! Simply contact us by telephone at +370 644 43 372, by email at woof@urbantails.lt, or through our Facebook or Instagram accounts.

Delivery outside Lithuania
