Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, Urban Tails delivers to pet lovers across the European Union. We pack and dispatch your order from our own warehouse, usually the same or next business day.
Delivery across the European Union
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping methods and prices for your destination. The shipping cost is displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery outside Lithuania usually takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Parcel locker delivery to Latvia and Estonia
We deliver to parcel lockers in Latvia and Estonia. You can choose from the available lockers when placing your order.
- €2.99 for orders under €30.
- Free parcel locker delivery for orders of €30 or more.
Delivery within Lithuania
Delivery within Lithuania takes 1–2 business days.
LP Express parcel lockers
Choose a convenient LP Express parcel locker in Lithuania when placing your order. Nearby lockers will appear after you enter your address.
- €1.99 for orders under €30.
- Free parcel locker delivery for orders of €30 or more.
Courier delivery
Have your order delivered directly to your home or another address in Lithuania.
- €3.49 for orders under €60.
- Free courier delivery for orders of €60 or more.
Free pickup at our Vilnius store
You can collect your order free of charge from our store at J. Balčikonio g. 3, Vilnius. Orders are ready within 1 hour during store opening hours.
We’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.
Opening hours:
- Monday–Friday: 11:00–19:00
- Saturday: 11:00–16:00
- Sunday: closed — we’re spending time with our pets!
All opening hours are in Lithuanian local time.
